RAC Permit holders

Hey I just got my RAC permit for this year. I used to ride all over this area back in the early 90's. I am a member of RCTRI. I have been since the beginning. I am looking to ride some new places. Trevorton, MT Carmel, St Clair. I ride a 500 scrambler 4x4 and a cr 500 for blasting the hills. I go about 30 times a year. Anybody want to hook up and ride?? Parking info for any RAC property would be nice..

There are no links to the actual place we ride only to where you buy the permits.

ok not a problem.. the places you guys ride is it all trails hill what kind of rideing.. cause im in ny and i dont mind traveling if its gonna be worth it

Since you ride at Trevorton and surrounding areas I have a question. Do you ever get stopped and checked for your permit? Also did you hear that RAC sold most of the land up there. I'm not sure what they sold or what they currently own. The less you ask the less you know and are responsable for. I do know that about 2 or 3 years ago RAC received a $200.000 grant from DCNR to do a study on the landscape and trails. They never did the study and that's probably why they sold the land. Trouble is what will happened to that land and will we be able to continue to ride there?

My cousin is a minersville cop and he said that they werent going to allow people to ride the land after this year.

I thought you were riding up at Trevorton. I never rode at Pottsville but I have at Minersville a few times. Have you ever been at Trevorton to ride?

BA Nope never at trevorton, minersville/pottsville same thing. Nope I was never there. Whens the next time your gonna be riding in minersville?

I don't know. Trevorton is the place I like best. Minersville is ok but I thought you live up there (Trevorton).

I must have been thinking of something else as I was typing and didn't read it before posting. I meant to say that I thought you live in Trevorton I never thought you lived in Pottsville. This post was mostly talking about Trevorton and surrounding areas.
