I have never found any mine only add like 1/2 inch and for me its not a huge deal iam 5 11 so i guess its on how tall you are and what feels best i did run the rath stem for a few races and i really didnt notice too much switchin back so i have not spent the money for the clamps yet

yeah im 6"2 and i went with stock lsr steering stem and i noticed that everybody has raised steering stems . Im still installing it now so if i don't like it i guess i'll just have to sell it and get a raised one

For the time being here is a way you can rise your bars up alil, until you figure out if you want another stem. Thats if you have some extra top clamps lyin around.

I've not used the 1 1/8 sizes but have used the 7/8. I really like them. They are a good quality product to me.

I like the moose way better. I'm 6' on an 07 & I never sat on anyones quad w/ a taller stem or raised bars to see if I would like them higher.

What are the tall guys doing?

I'm 6'3" and run a Herrmann +2 with flexx bars. I'm also using the quadtech desert seat. It helps to take some bend out of your knees when sitting. I also run the pro armor power pegs which I think are a little lower then stock pegs. It much better then stock, but if it were possible, I'd try an even taller stem. Of course then it starts to look funny and puts even more leverage on the stem at the mounting clamp.

What model/bend are those bars? I plan on flexx's but I aint too sure which ones I need since I am using the stock stem with adapters.

I put the spacers in and it made a huge difference with the height. So as soon as it gets warmer im gonna see how it is ridin it if it made a big enough difference
