Power-up Kit question

theres a powerup kit in whitebrothers magazine for a 250ex but the year says 87-92, im thinkin its for a 250x but mabe its juss a misprint..... ne way the kit says it comes with an "all around cam" what is that like a chain thing??

an all around cam is a more aggresive cam than stock, it is inside the gnein, its wut opens and closes the valves inside the engine, it adds more bottem end, mid range and top end

so would that work with a 250ex, even though its shaft driven, cause my friends are tellin me that cam means like a sproket and chain thing

yes even a 250ex has a cam
