ac nerfs dont fit right

well the bolt up ok but they only slip into each other a lil bit and what are the big tabs for lol they came with my 4 wheeler but wasnt on it

yea the male end didnt go all the way in the female but far enough for it to be sturdy. mine we're a ***** to put on but they're solid now

how did u get urs to be solid and what do the big tabs do they look like they have been used but i dono what the go on lol

I had a hell of a time installing mine also. What I did was mounted them to the front motor mounts first, then with the foot peg tubes in the nerfs already, I slid them up into place then bolted the foot pegs to the frame. It was kinda backwards from what AC tells you to do, but it was the only thing that would work for me. So slide the front together first with foot peg tubes in the nerfs (not bolted to the frame) then loosely attach the front mounts. Then slide the back of the nerfs towards up towards the frame and bolt up the footpeg tubes. I don't know if this makes sense to you but it worked for me.

i just put my car tire on the male end of it :D and bent it as needed now its in there deeper and sturdier

where did u bend it and so ur saying u put the peg on the nerf then put the front togeater then pulled the back to where the peg would fit to the frame??

Yeah, and after that they fit real tight and have held up fine.
