I got a 400 with full wb pro meg exh and no airbox lid with twin air filter...when i installed the exh etc., I started it with no changes to jetting and the header pipe got bright red fast,so i changed to 42 pilot and 155 main now the pipes are getting lightly red and it is a little less snappy of the line then it was before ,also when ripping down the street there wasnt any off throttle poping noticed? what next?

You're probably gonna have to move the needle up a notch. And if you're anywhere near sea level, you're gonna need more like a 165 main.

I only bigger main i got is a 160 main should i slap that in and move the neddle up a notch or just get bigger mains

Any idea what your elevation is? How many discs are you running?

I would move the needle and put in the 160 main. I think you're gonna need more like a 165, but since it only takes about 2 minutes to change the main, I'd go ahead and try the 160.
