If you are serious about it, I'd say bid on it at the lower price on ebay for $2600. It's a decent price for a clean 250R.

If you are going to mod it like crazy, I'd say save your money and try to find something already done up as you'll likely spend upwards of 5K by the time you get shocks, a-arms, axle, pipe, rims/tires and stem and bars.

It's a decent machine the way it is, but my experience is, shocks are a MUST on a 250R. Stock shocks flat out suck considering they are 20 years old and from what I've heard filled with fish oil.
