i'm am soooo not up on all this new technology but i am openminded to it non the less. my question is..........

if i were to switch to a 13:1, add next size up exhaust valves, add the aftermarket intake cam and top it all off with a port job and run an open air box. will the computor be able to adjust for it or what.

thanks in advance. all input welcome.

no it would not. the fuel injection system is a closed loop system that will not make adjustments based on upgrades. it will only adjust for elevation. cars use an open loop fuel injection that allows it to adjust for more air/fuel based on upgrades. for those up grades you will need a power commander or equivalant. the cherry bomb wont do

Doesnt suzuki have a factory tuning tool? Hard to believe they build all quads with a generic map.
On the other hand a power commander is simple to use and adjust .

Ah, I understand. With the people I mentioned, you tell them what you have and they tailor a map to fit you best. Now that said they aren't always spot-on due to the lack of a dyno, but they would most likely come close.

Hopefully someone here already has a similar setup and wouldn't mind sharing their map with you.

Hey, where are you near in Mississippi? I have family in Carriere (between Hattisburg and Picayune) and bring my quad with me when I go. Maybe we could hook up and go riding?

It's a lot of fun. I'd get some paddle tires before going out there otherwise you'll get frustrated a lot.

Creek riding is so much fun. (when it's warm)

It just eats your pads something awful.
