Bolt torque spec question

Hey I've checked on the article section of this site and confirmed it with another site-The head stud bolt torque spec is listed at 33 lb-ft. Does this sound right to anyone?

local Honda shop manual said 15 lb-ft.

Yeah its 33. The torq spec for puting the stud into the jug is 15 I think, but its 33 to bolt the jug down and to bolt the head to the jug.

the studs are 15 but the bolts/nuts are 33.

I lost my Clymers manual so I checked and double checked on the internet. Found 4 sites including an article on this site that say 33 for the studs. Does anyone have a Clymers manual and if so look up the spec for the piston/cylinder stud for me? Thanks a bunch.

this is what my clymers manual says:

nm ft.-lb
cylinder head cap nuts 44 33
cylinder mounting bolts 44 33
cylinder studs 20 15
