Ok I need to know which piston to get I'm staying stock bore and 10.5:1 compression. Don't say wiseco. I'm building for torque not really fast revs. Putting in a TC XC grind cam as well.
Also where would I start with the jetting I have a UNI filter and E-series Slip-on.

Everyone is going to say JE just because they are main-stream. Ross is a really good company and I looked into them and asked around a lot. Their design is a hi bred of the JE since the maker of the 2 are the same guy, but he made the Ross after the JE. While making the Ross he lightened it up and strengthened it I believe. Ross hands down over JE, go with whats good, not what's popular.
*Disclaimer, JE is good, dont flame me here, but Ross is just a little better*

WEll guys I went with the JE because it was heavier and I am building my motor for torque. I went with the JE 10.5:1 piston. I should be ordering the TC XC cam soon.

Holly shiz, I paid nowhere near that. I don't know why it would cost that much.

OCCRA288, Let me know how you like that Piston and Cam. I think I will have the same setup, expect mine will be a 416 or 425 which isn't that big of a deal. Well I will have a TC Pipe too.....

I could not find anyone that sold ross pistons so i just called them directly. Go to www.rosspistons.com and you can look up the part you need and get their number. They are $125 plus shipping.
