Good Deal?

Is this a good deal?:

This is a 1991 Suzuki Lt 250R. It has a new wiesco piston bored over 20. Newer tires. New plastic. FmF pipe with silencer. The bike it completely tore down. I painted it recently and welded and beafed up the frame. Very fast. Asking 1000 or best offer.

YES! And I'd offer him $750 and go from there...times are tough and it's def. a buyers market.... but looks like a good buy as long as it runs strong! Good luck!!

I called to ask about pictures, and he said the bike was completely tore down into pieces. I thought he meant in the add that he already did completely tear it down and re-build it. I don't think I'm able to put all the pieces together, but this is a really good deal.
