400ex sleeve on 300ex?

I was thinking about going to the 330 kit but came across a couple of people who went with the 400ex sleeve (about 380cc).

Anyone done this? If so, did you run an oil cooler? And if you did that, what make model cooler?

I would for sure run an oil cooler. Pretty easy to make yourself.

Plus, I have a lot of heart into this bike.. Money really isnt the object.. I may sell at a loss this summer when the market pics up.. plop it down on a new 700xx.. or a 700R.. Totally different machines I know. If I go new, I am going BIG power on a trail quad... I need sport thought, I hate the big 4x4 quads.. The can am is way to expensive so thats out.

I was also looking at the hyosung te450.. 55 HP.. A lot of bashers, but 3 year warranty on the motor, and a local guy down the street is selling a new one for 4k.. good deal if it stays together.

Yes, go for the 700's. I love my 400ex. My father has a utility its very nice goes anywhere just cant do much on it. He likes his and I like mine.
