I have a 06 that I am trying to get running. It was a basketcase when I bought it and the rings were stuck so the guy took it apart. I put a new topend on it and got it running. Now the problem is it starts fine and idles great and runs good low rpm, but when you go full throttle it runs terrible. It pops and chokes and cuts out and never runs out ok. I have taken the carb and petcock off 3 times and cleaned and inspected everything. It all looks good. I am lost?
