I know I just see myself getting my heel caught on 1 off a landing.

Thanks! Yeah if you want a color combo that isn't on quadtech's website, just call and they are more than happy to do what you want for the same price. That's what I did, they didn't have that option on their website and they were happy to do those colors at the same price. =)

how are the burgard a-arms with the fox shocks? just kinda curious.....

ive had a couple different setups for the ltr and was wondering how the burgard held up i havnt seen anyone running them yet on a ltr yet

Quad looks great. Just curious is that the stock exhaust? I ask because I just bought a 08 today and am trying to decide what to do.

Peter: Thanks! It's probably too late to call you right now, but if you read this you can give me a call tomorrow anytime except from 8am-1 I work and don't have my phone on me

Honda250x: I love them! They work great together. They are high quality and literally half the price of some of the others. 3 of us that ran for Burgard last year had ltr's and we all ran the Burgard/Fox front end and loved it!

Logangsxr: Just the header pipe is stock. It's a Yoshimura pipe

logangsxr998

Does the header pipe work well enough or would I get more gains with a full system?

05Z400rdr
02-01-2009, 09:57 AM
Yeah the stock is good with that exhaust, you only gain about 1 more hp with the full yosh...which at the time i bought it last year, wasn't worth the extra 300 dollars.. lol

I really like the looks of the bike, those heel guards are interesting, its a pretty good concept so mud doesnt get stuck on it as much as nets or with a lot of aluminum to get it plugged up.

Thanks,
Mike

Yeah like the AC's I had last year... they got so much mud caked in them, I'd have an extra like 10 pounds of weight of mud just on the heel gaurds, haha. I love the design of these though. Thanks!
