ok did a search found nothing to help me out
im 200 pounds
and i do only trail riding
what is and how should i adjust my stock shocks
front and rear
i have no idea on were i should be on these settings
please can anyone help me out
how to adjust and were to set the springs
all knowledge will help

the fronts really cant be adjusted much.you can only adjust the preload by turning the collar at the bottom of the shocks.its mainly for ride height but if you adjust them all the way up they should get a little stiffer for you. you can also adjust the preload in the back by turning the nuts/washers or whatever at the top of the shock. to adjust the compression/rebound theres 2 bolts on the shock somewhere but i dont know much about them
