i just got a crf450 hybrid and it it popping really bad and blowing flames out the exhuast i tried bigger jets and moved the needle clip up and down and it still does it. i was told the valves were just cut so could they have seated or not be adjusted right and cuz this

scott what size pilot is in there? (or leak jet if its a FCR)

i was running a 45 pilot and 175 main so then i went to a 48 and 180 no difference so i am going to make sure that the valves are not tight

well i figured it out it was my hot start stuck open

yea look at the valves that i think would be the problem ajust them. Or you could be shifting wrong?
