450r re-spring rates

I had a questiond for the guys that have rebuilt 450r shocks. Do you know the spring rates of your springs? Also if you could list your weight and type of riding. Appreciate it.

i got C&D tripple rates, ride a bit of track, mostly trails, and i'm 155lbs
