42mm mikuni on 400?

We have a almost new 42mm mikuni carb from racing and I wanted to see if anyone has tried to make it work on their 400. I know it's a TON of carb for this but if it would work that would be awesome due to I know how to tune these from racing.

it depends on what kind of mikuni? BSR? if so I wouldnt even bother as its very lazy. JMO

if thats the carb from a polaris predator 500,save your time.get a fcr or 450r carb.Those vaccum diagram slide carbs arent performance oriented..imo

It came from a Jr. Dragster, I got to get it out tomorrow and see what all I need to get it running.
