well i was at the tack the other day and hit a puddle of water... Ever since ive done this is bogs down and backfires like its out of style..it did not do this until after i hit the puddle, was running mint. This is a 450r it does have a k&n filter on it with the outerwear, i kno its possible that i got water in my intake but ive ran it some and it still does it.. Valves need to be readjusted? or carb needs to be cleaned? whats going on..?
The airbox just has the lid off

When you rev it does it want to bog? I hit a puddle in a race once and sucked a micro fine piece of root through the vent hoses that criss cross on the top of the carb and down into the jets. It would back fire and bog and die. May not be your problem but could be somewhere to start?

id say one of the jets is clogged

you need to start somewhere and i would say your carb or jets are clogged.
