engine ???

i just picked up a 06 z400 that has a cracked case so the case has to be replaced.
are all years z400 kfx400 all the same? so could i put a 04 bottom half a use the head and jug from the 06?
any one sellin a bottom half? or the 2 cases thanks!!!!

I belive they are all the same from 03 & up, the only thing different that I know of is 05 & newer have a heavy duty clutch (9 disc instead of 8 disc). Hope this helps you! Check ebay for cases or complete bottom end.
