turf tamers any good?

wondering if turf tamers are any good for motocross always wanted to try a set.

I used to run turf tamers on a 2 smoke, but I always grooved them. They did pretty well. Holeshots are still my favorite but they are a little pricey and wear too fast.

Can't really tell from the vid, but I usually cut every other knob and left the outside 2 layers. Worked well in loamy conditions as well as packed.

LOVE turf tamers. nothings turns better than a grooved turf tamer. when i had my Z480 i had 3 sets all grooved different. my crf blisters them going strait but they turn awesome. just dont plan on any holeshots in loamy dirt.

Turfs are all I used to run, never grooved them though, I believe it makes the tire wear much faster. They worked really well though, espically on lower HP machines because they are easier to turn opposed to say holeshots.

ive gotten atleast a year out of all mine ive grooved if not more. i also tried this tamer rip offs called kings tire. similar with knobs closer together. and half the price. loved em. gotten almost 2 years and still use them to practice on hard tracks.
