INtroducing a new 3 race series in Southern Ohio.
After 2 years of running the extreme team challenge at HUmboldt Hills, we have decided to take the concept to the next level. I am please to announce the 3 race series for 2009;

Here is the schedule;
2009 XTC 3 round series
Atvs - Saturday / Bikes Sunday
RD1 - July 25,26 @ TBD ( just about ready to announce this location)
RD2 - September 5,6 @ Cyco MotorSports
RD3 - Oct. 31, Nov 1 @ Humboldt Hills
The courses are slightly different than a regular HS. They are tighter, more technical and have enduro cross sections. The event has been very well received. we hope you will come check it out.
here is a little about how it works;
...2 man teams or 1 man ironman
...ride what you brung or share a bike
...lemans style start(run to your bike)
...must exchange riders in pit area after scoring
...must exchange tag to complete switch
...50's run 1 hour, minis 2 hours, big bike and atvs 4 hours
...must be within 1 lap of your partner at the end of the race
Course will consist of a harescramble style course with some
endurocross sections thrown in for some fun. In 2008 we added a
rocky ravine. We will also be adding a log mountain to climb up and
over.
Bikes run on saturday with the exception of the 50cc atvs. They run
saturday morning with the 50cc bikes.
Saturday Schedule
9am - 50cc race 1 hour
10:30am - 85 and 65cc bikes 2 hours
1PM - big bikes 4 hours
Atvs run on Sunday.
Sunday Schedule
10am - Miniatv90cc 2 hours
1PM - big atvs 4 hours
