wheel/tire combo

I was wondering where do most people buy their tire and wheel combo kits. I need (2) 10 x 5 front wheels with a 1x144 bolt patter with a 4 + 1 offset. I will be putting on maxxis tires.

If anyone has some good people they work with let me know.
