how much for the shock? and that should fit a 300ex right?

They should be the same.
This shock is like new, 14 1/4",eye to eye.

Is this for a stock shock? Is it rebound and compression adjustable? Reservoir?

It's just a stock shock, only preload adjustable. Very good condition take-off.
