Any of you guy's heard anything about an additional race for the 02' season? Im new to this particular forum. So all you woods guy's tell me your name and what class you guy's run in. Am I the only one that think's Borich will at least get the #2 plate for the 03' season. What kinda motor's are you 400 guy's finding sucess w/ in the woods?

Welcome to the board,,,I'm not a GNCCer but I do race MX and will probably be attending GNC races next year. I'd have to say Ballance will get the #1 plate and smiley is always finishing strong,,so he'd get my vote for 2nd.

I would like to see Borich get the points, and Id also love to see William get it. But Im afraid to say Ballance is to tough, unless he rides a 4 stroke. It would be hard for him to get the title. I ran in the 4 stroke stock class last year, that class is alot faster than anyone would think. Well considering my brother raced it a few times. He attended 4 of them won all 4. So keep and eye out for William Howell. You'll be seeing him on the podium in 3 years. Guaranteed. Good luck to all of ya next season

I ran in the 4 stroke stock class, had some bad luck but managed to do descent in the o/a figures. I made it on the GNCC top 20 page. Im getting my sponsors lined up right now for 02' and Im running in OPEN B. Im gonna try to run OPEN A the next year. All the local races in Indiana have some good rider's. We run against Open A's Danny Tunk's, and alot of 250A riders. Do you PA boy's have a good local series out there?

I think he may be running OPEN A next year, depends if he set's up his fourhweeler this winter. He's kinda lazy like that. The only round I know for sure I wont be going to is The 1st round @ Florida. I may miss Georgia, but Ill probably make it there. How many are you going to go to ?

NO I DON'T PLAN ON ANY MX . THIS YEAR ON THE GNCC SCHUDLE HIGH POINT IS THE ONLY PLACE SO FAR. I THINK THERE WILL BE ONE MORE BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE ATLEAST TWO IN PA DIST 5. THE HIGH POINT RACE IS ON SEPT 21 2002

I raced 4 stroke c this year and I will be gong to open B next year. My buddy ran 2 stroke c and finished 10th. or 11th. overall. We are going to try to make atleast 75% of the races next year.
Do any of you guys evr go to Haspen acres to ride? Other than a 100 acre woods that a buddy owens that we ride at, we goto to Haspen in Laurel In. It is 700+ acres, it is not to bad to practice at. Just don't go on the weekend or ther is to many people on the trails for you to be able to rip it.

Hey IndyGNCC,
Glad to hear of another GNCC in Indiana. I ran most of the circuit this year in the 4stk C and also had alot of bad luck (4 head gaskets - 3 while leading - and 1 blown motor). I live in Fort Wayne right now but am usually around the Greencastle area and only live up north temporarily. We have a small (3-mile) woods practice track in G-castle. Since I am up north and there are about 6 MX tracks up here, that is what I will be racing next year but plan on a full GNCC circuit in '03 and a partial in '02.

Have you heard any news on the new indoor place being built in Martintucky? Do you know when it is supposed to be done?

The place in Martinsville should be open in early December. It was suppose to open at the end of November but that's not gonna happen. I think it's gonna be a pretty nice fascility. The races are gonna be AMA also. Anyone in this Forum race at any of the Haspin acres races?

Laurel is prolly the worst place to ride, I only go there for the Harescrambles, that place will rattle your (EDITED) bike apart faster than anything.Hey DirtyP where is Greensburg from Martinsville?

Hey Guys, I posted on our new indoor facility a couple of weeks
ago on the open forum. We are hoping to be open by Dec. 15th
We were out yesterday trying different track layouts and seeing what kind of lap times we were pulling. We are looking at a
55 sec. lap with a big triple (80 ft.) and some other nice jumps.
I have all kinds of pictures of the building from the groundbreaking
up until yesterday, so if you want any pictures or have any
questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks, Brian Waltz
