So I want to try new suspension on the yfz and 450r. Suspwnsion now is yfz walsh/elka - 450r hermman/tcs. Looking for somthing without alot of knobs and adjustments that i will never use. Compression and rebound are all I need. So I was thinking axis or pep for both bikes. Any recomendations for which shock handles better on either bike or a-arms. Thanks

i have axis and dont have a problem with them but some of my friends do and everyone loves pep so pep would probably be the way to go

i like the axis also tho. they share the same ride height method . wich seems silly but its very easy to do on either of them.
its just that the 8 clicks is so fast and big dif between each one.
i love my elkas but if had the choice and my son wouldnt kill me id rob the peps of the practice bike!!

Another option would be have ur shocks redone by a custom shop like GTThunder or Derisi.
Probably still not as good as PEP, but cheaper and way better then factory Elka valving for sure.
