this is a question to anyone with the xc link. did u have to remove the plastic slide on the front of the swing arm? I removed mine because i was having clearnace issues, just curious if anyone else had the same problem.

yep, that needs to go. i don't have an xc link, but ive seen all the pictures. in fact, i just put up a thread about the mx link haha. btw, i haven't had that piece on my stock linkage for years.

yup the white plastic piece has to go. You also need to raise your airbox and space your exhaust out so it doesn't smash your caliper. I didn't have to modify my subframe on the sprocket side though some people said they had too.

yea i never rasied my airbox...it wouldnt hurt to but ive hit it a couple times and it is fine the exhaust deff needs to be spaced out my subframe deff hits though at first it was bad but now it naturally fixed itself so its not a prob
