diff nerfs for 300ex

what kinda different nerfs are there for a 300ex? is there anythat go around the peg or that have pegs? any pics of different kinds would be appreciated. thanks

I know AC racing has a nerf and so does DG. If it were me buying, i would go AC racing. I have heard/seen the DGs not line up that well and take a bit of tweeking to get them to fit. Plus i like the look of the AC racing ones better.

imo i like ac the best. here is a shot of them on my 300. you can also have the black heel guard on the back too if you want but i choose to take it off

i have dg on my 250x. they went on pretty easily, but they're not very good in my opinion.....if i did it again i'd get ac. i think the dg ones are ugly...just my opinion though

those are so ugly, i wentwith DG, they fit awesome, work awesome, look awesome, and there is nothing wrong with them, all u guysjust like AC becasue ceartin people do, its all the same $hit

I have owned DG steel series and now I have AC, wow, the ACs are soooooo much better!! The steel are junk, dont EVER buy them, they suck, pay the 30 bucks more for the AC's..........


I do like the DG alloys, with 4 bolts you can take them off quickly and easily and leave the mounts on, and they also go behind your foot a little wich is good, BUT, the mounts seem to get real rusty real quick, and I would still pick the AC's over them

yes go with ac i love the ones on mine i think they hold up better than dg the acs mount to the peg and the engine mounts unlike the dg they hang low under the pegs and they seem to be very bendy like if you even stand on them they will sink down go with ac better product for your money.

do the graydons bolt on to the peg too?? i like the looks of both the ac and graydon ones. they look about the same, and i like how they bolt to the peg. what is the price difference? thanks for all the replies.

any peg will work great and look great but i wouldnt recommend the DG nerfs. go with AC,Graydon,or any of they that bolt to the peg are more sturdy.

2 reasons why i love my DG's
1. they were free i got them from my freind off his 250x
2. the nerf goes behind the peg and u can step ont hat when leaning back its gives you a ton of support,

ok so whats the money difference between ac's and graydon's. the only reason i wouldn't want dg is cause i want a nerf that connects to the peg. thanks.

opposite way around... my dg fit fine... my ac pro pegs took tie down, hammer and drill to get them on...

but the pro pegs are much nicer...

I just put my new AC Pro Pegs on my 400 today. They went on really easily I think. The instructions are junk though. I didn't have to drill like it said I would. Stupid liars.

white bros actually has a set out that includes new pegs for the 300...thats what i would be buyin if i was in the market for some nerfbars

i have dg alloys and i love themcan be a little hard to put on but not that hard and dont need any bending or stuff to get them on.
yes the mounts do rust but you can just do what i did spray paint them and also they look awsome if you polish them i just did that this morining and they look sweet. and i f ya think you are going to get it off with just them 4 bolts you better think again. it will work if you take the front bolts out and un bolt the rear mountings that is what i found easyist
