05 Ignition?

I know a lot of guys were swapping to a CRF ignition kit, but are the '06+ ignitions better? And will they work on an '05?

Obviously new to the production quad scene, and am trying to learn the differences in the years of Hondas.

I know every difference of the 250R by year though!! Haha.

the reason people run crf ignitions is because of only minimal wiring and better spark, so the 06 up are kinda useless,
