I have been trying to get videos on youtube from my camera. When i put the disc in the computer from the camera, 6 different files pop up. I have tried to upload 5 of them and nothing worked. The 6th file is about 200,000 kbs big. Can some one please help me, i am very lost on this.

you need to give a bit more info...

Camera and model...

name and size of all the files...are the files in the root directory or are they located in subfolders?

does the video camera burn the video to DVD-Video format ready to play in a regular DVD player hooked to your television?

In general, you are trying to get the video in mpeg or WMV format for posting to youtube. youtube is good and accepting most formats though and using their own processing engine to convert and compress files. For example, I have a Sony HD camera and can upload content in native Sony AVCHD format.

I have a feeling your camera is writing the content and building menus so you can pop it into a DVD player...this is the problem.

Provide more info and I can probably help you out.
