Is this a completely new product or is it just basically a Magura copy?

I like that it comes with an ASV lever.

I know there have been questions about Hydro clutches a million times, but is it impossible to run a headlight switch with a hydro clutch?

I'm seriously thinking about getting this, but only have the magura to compare to, are there any others out there?

Probably works in a similar manner. Doubt Magura had any real patents on their setup.

I have a magura and I run the factory switch, works great. I love it.

Maybe this is different than a Magura's but I'll say it anyways.

What kills me is when the seals in the slave cylinder wear out from dirt/water getting into them you have to replace the whole slave cylinder at a cost of $70 or so. I took my slave apart and it only has one or two very small seals in it, probably $.50 worth, but didn't have time to look for replacements as I was in a time crunch. Luckily, you can purchase a seal kit for the master when that goes....

ya, that does suck, my first one lasted 2 years, so it's worth it, I will try and find seals to rebuild the old one, if I do I will post info on it and and log the resusults.

The magura has a banjo fitting under the bleeder valve for a more stream line look, that will not touch the case cover. The stream line has a elbow fitting on the bottom the rubs the case cover, looks kinda vonerable to damage, nice lever though.
