rebuild and painting questions???

so i'm gonna be doing a full rebuild on everything except the engine sometime in the next 6 months. i'm really trying to get all the info of things that should be done?? like what bushing/bearings/fittings/bolts/etc.....really anything that would need replaced.

Also what about painting the engine and the frame??? no place around here powdercoats stuff so i don't really know what to do about painting the frame?? i have a sprayer for cars and stuff could i spray it with some car paint or something???

and engine painting ??? what is the best way to do this and what type of paint should be used???

yeah braaup and i talk already. i just want more advice preferably from someone who has done this more than once. i have rebuilt motorcycles before but never quads.
