dirtbike&quad

I have a 2000 blaster and a 2000 300ex. I've been wanting a street bike ever since i've been riding my dual sport (its actually my brothers who lives 45 minutes away but he let me use it this summer/fall since he doesnt use it much)...
I'll post up pictures of all 3 and you tell me what you think.
I want the street bike but i can't see myself letting go of quads (even tho i never ride anymore since im at college) and i feel like when i come home i wanna ride and i do...but...i could also ride the street bike, but for some reason, quads in trails is so fun, but bikes on a road is so much more practical and it really is endless.
so the cons are mentioned above, but i think in a few years i can always go out a buy a quad, the market is so low ive seen 450r's for 2000. i could always take out a loan next year or save up some money from work for a new quad.
sorry for the long post. if you skipped all that read this:
It's a 1997 CBR600. Its got carbon fiber accents, and 27,000 miles (is that alot??? what should i be concerned about?? will it need a rebuild or something??) starts quick, runs good. Sounds sweet. Has intergrated tail lights that are led, and 2002 tail and fairings. title is clear. "never dropped"
00 300ex and 00 blaster. mods are basically all visual. blaster was just rebuilt. 300ex needs a battery. blaster is a litle beat up and most parts are painted (pretty ****ty but it was bought just to mess around on) and the 300ex had the engine cracked so i JB welded it and its been running fine for a year now. the 300ex has a title and the blaster does not. (the 300 may be leaking a little oil too so that could lead to more problems in the future who knows)
