2006 trx300ex (black plastic) #03

Quad is in great shape and would make a great racer. It was bought new in 07. Never had any problems. It could be set up for studded, rubber, trail,ect...Anyway's the motor was put together last summer first with just wiseco 11:1 piston and a hotcam stage1. Then right before Ice racing I had the head ported. Mods:

Uni air filter
400ex carb w jets
ported head
new intake valves and valve guide seals
hotcam stage1
wiseco11:1 piston (std.)
White brothers header
White brothers e series muffler (has 12 discs and all the bolts thread right in just fine)
Ricks hot shot cdi
studded tires, razrs,or razr mx's (rears, front are stock)
moose parking brake block off plate
g force axle (has little spacers to adjust width, not bent or anything)
2001 raptor rear shock (has rezzie)
14th,13th,12th....38th,36th sprockets
billet 14tooth case saver
fabricated the reverse lever so it is hands free.
graydon nerf bars
50mm moose risers
1 1/8" applied bars with pro grips and turn down on left side-can be removed
400ex a arms-full flight +2+1 12point adjustable a arms
400ex works riple rate shocks (don't have rezzies but the shocks were just rebuilt, springs a lil rusty but they have covers)
Diamond J relocation bracket.
Tusk bumper
Cut fenders
Rear lowering kit
I also have all the stock parts.
I'm sure there is more just can't remember everything haha. Message me if your interested. Thanks.

what its worth and what it will bring are two different things, there are full blown mx bikes for 3k on ebay. however you might get lucky and find someone who is moving up a class and need it. i just sold my sons for 1500.00 and it had a few more mods than yours. part it out if you want to make more.good luck it is one sweet looking 300.

ya i agree,ya 2500.00 is a big stretch unless you can find a sucker, you can get a 450 for that. i had elkas, hmf full system, lsr axle and a-arms plus alot more and i let it roll for 1500.00 because thats about all it will bring in the real world, maybe a little more if the economy gets better. good luck though.

it has 400ex +2 +2 arms on it right now just not in that pick. I have like a dozen rims and tires and a lot of other stuff with it so i thought like the other guy said maybe you could get a sucker or something and if he offered anything more than 2grand i'd be more than happy

o ya and no where did i say it was mx ready. I don't think I would classifie it as a stock 300ex either. Ya it's nothing special compared to a lot of them but I like what I've done with it and that is all that counts so unless you want to give me advice and have good things to say then please don't say it
Thanks

Get more pictures. Take off the wheel spacers. I wouldn't touch a quad with spacers. ;)

ill post pics monday wit the right arms on it. the only reason it is the way it is there in the pic is cause i put the rubber tires on to roll in and out of trailer cause i race studded. I'll post updated pics mon.

Wheel spacers are never a good idea...maybe for an Ice racer on a budget.

If someone gives you 1500 for it take it. It's not worth anything more than that.

I just bought a low hour 450R with ESR exhaust, hot cam stage 2, intake, K/N filter, and brand new tires for $2000.

Last year, I bought an '05 450R Ice racer with a decent motor and all stock parts for $2000.

This past summer, I bought a wrecked YFZ450, 2007, for $500. I put new arms, rods, steering stem on it and sold it.

A bike's "worth" is ONLY WHAT someone will BUY it for, if that makes sense. In all 3 cases, noone else was buying the quad at the price they were asking. Especially in the tough economic times, dont expect to get the "book price" for anything. Like that one guy said, look at Ebay. No one is buying anything right now. It's a buyers market for everything right now.

It only has spacers in those pics. It has 400ex fully adjustable +2 +2 a arms on it now but I might have a buyer for 2000 so well see!
