bored and sleeved 440cc cylinder?

Thinking about buying a cylinder that has already had all the machine work done to it and the piston installed. Has been run about 10 hours.

If i but this what else will i need to make this run on my quad. Just gaskets? Will it work with the stock connecting rod and valve train? Please fill me in i dont know much about this. Is it worth $250? ANything i should know. Obviously i will need to rejet the bike. Any thing else?
