Here it is, in my frozen garage (It's actually -37 celcius outside).

The pics are bad cause it's from my gf camera... I will take more soon.

Can't wait until the summer!!

that thing looks very nice. i love the yellow grill. cut the pink wire, take out your s/a, and take off the lid for better throttle respone. anyway, it looks very nice. congrats.

Thanks crixal.

I would like to know if cutting the pink wire let the bike run any leaner?

And what do you mean by s/a...? If you're talking about the things on my bumper and grab bar, I will remove it as soon as I go back home. :)

i think it richens it up. spark arrestor is s/a.

it richens it up, thats why you have to remove the lid and s/a if you want to run stock.

I would also know what is the axle bolt size... I need to get my hubs out and I can't find the proper size in my tools. It seems like 27-28mm ?

Its a 40mm deep for 09. Those axle nuts were on so dang tight my impact would not get it nor would a 8 foot pole on a breaker bar with a 200lb me and my son holding the quad it was rediulous tight!!!......lol! My buddy has a stronger impact that finally got it......

Cut that pink wire and take the s/a you'll notice some nice power, it's just below the left side tank in blue tape....

Also there is a tether plug up front if you need some help locating let me know.

Go over the whole quad and check bolts especially the rim lugs, your front end alignment too...

Have fun!
