Hi everyone! I'm new here.
I'm from Bulgaria and want to show you what we done here for 7 months.
We build a custom quad.
The frame, A-arms everything is made by us.
We used a engine from Kawasaki KLE500
The rear axle WAS from Raptor660 .. but we wrecked it, and now we will put an axle from polaris 450.
The front hubs and brakes are from polaris.
We used a Elka suspesion from the same polaris.
For the parts we buyed a crashed Polaris whith Elka suspesion for very good price of 300$ .
Here a few photos of the ATV:

This is in the moment. We have to do more litle things on it but the main work is done. The ATV is very fast and whith this suspesion the handle is very good.
If the project is interesting for you guys I'll put some photos from the begining and the builthing moments.
Sorry for the English guys, but I don't know it perfect :p

thats something new and different.i like new and different.but,in the last pic, wont your leg hit the rear shock bottle?? might want to relocate that there somewhere else or its gonna get in the way.or even change the clicks on the resivoir bottle and could cause a bad wreck once your out on the track with it.either way, good luck with it my friend.

This is a Kawasaki GPZ 500 engine!!!

My buddy did this a long time ago. He made a KFX400 GPZ500 hybrid.

This engine is not only from GPZ500. Kawasaki put it in KLE500, VN500, EN500 and GPZ500... I thing the only difference is the gearing.
Mine is from KLE...with a litle shorter gears.
Your buddy did a good stuff, but here we made everything from the frame a arms...
and now when almost everything is done i understand is more easyer to start with frame from something
(now I have from polaris 450...but don't have enought time to make something sikc:rolleyes: )

What meens terrible? The work of the shok in that position and like it is is SAME! We tried it and know it now! The shoks are prety good for that ATV! We made that for fun. If I have to start build something serious will make it better. This ATV is not made for jumps and races, only for fun, and litle work. And Its doing cery well for the moment.
On the other time (races motocross trial and hard riding) i drive a 2002 400ex, and love it! In the moment I start to do some aftermarket on the EX, to make it the way that I like it!

I've buyed a crashed polaris for 300$(without the engine). And used a lot of parts from it. The Polaris was with elkas. Soon I'll install them on the EX. And the shocks from EX will be installed on this.. maybe something like that.
What means "so different"

By that I mean, the majority of the euro population on this site. The atvs that are posted are really unique. Unique, by that I mean they are not mainstream companies like houser, laeger, lsr...
