Sorry I am making these threads again.. but I need to know where I can find a good STD sized piston, OEM, without going to the dealer.. because they'll want around 100 bucks for the piston and rings.. rip off! So who knows where I can find one thats cheap, and good quality?

20 bucks can give you the gift that keeps on giving, but a penicillin shot will help, sometimes. :p

I have my stock piston that I took out to put 440 kit in. It has very low hours. Let me know if you are interested.

you need the gaskets too right?? and is there anything wrong with whats in it now? because you could just change the rings

whats wrong with your piston whats the point of putting a new one if your looking for stock just slap some new rings on. plus u probably should get it honed before to and it might even have to be bored out if the cylinder is to scratched.

its going to be the std bore.. I need a new piston because mine is slightly scratched on the sides so either than OEM I am trying to figure out what other brands there are that may be cheaper.

if your pistons scratched then your cylinder is most likely scratched so it should probably get bored

If your cylinder isn't scratched get a hone for $20 and buy a Wiseco piston, they last a long time and are fairly cheap. I wouldn't mess with Namura, but I don't know much about them just what I have heard.
