250cc or more quad/dirtbike wanted

Hi i am newer to riding and wanted to move to a 250cc quad or dirtbike. I would ride something more powerful to but at least 250. I am only 14 and dont really make much money so looking for something cheap. defiantly less then a $1000, thats the highest i might go
