Do I have restricted revs?

Does the stock ignition on our Scrambler 90 restrict revs? It never sounds like it hits a rev limiter.

my best guess would be yes, I know the stock ones on the Predator 90 do.

I could've sworn I read somewhere on here that the Scrambler 90s don't have a rev limited ignition.
