The bar on the back is a brake torsion bar. It applies forward pressure on the quad during braking to help improve cornering.

$10,000.00 takes it home.

Walsh installed that didnt he? maybe yall should give credit where its due, thats zeb beard's design. he has been using it for a LONG time, it actually makes the rear suspension compress when you hit the rear brake, and it would work even better if he had the tierod mount BELOW the swingarm on the frame for better leverage.......

I very clearly stated in the original for sale post that the quad was built by WALSH RACECRAFT. If someone else thought of it before Walsh, take it up with them. I did not take credit for building it and did not imply that we built it. I am just selling it and answered the guys question.

Im sorry melissa i came off wrong zeb gave his idea to walsh to use he under teh circumstances that he gave zeb credit for the design when or if he ever used it, i was really wondering if he had told you he had came up with the design or someone had shared it with him......because he is a D-bag if he told yall that was his idea.

and yea mitch its pretty sweet seeing it on another quad.

Thanks for taking up for me but I did tell Mike about my design and even sent him pictures of it. I told him he was free to use it if he wanted to, just remember where the idea came from if he made millions off it. We both laughed and he said there wasn't any millions to be made in this industry. I gave it to him because I don't have the time to market it to the public. I am proud to see him finally use it and I hope it catches on.

Best wishes to Cody. Me and mitch-#4yfz have been fans of his for a while now. We raced the national at Oak Hill in '07 and there was a kid on a CRF that was haulin the mail. The bike was way bigger than he was. Was that Cody? Mitch and me were thinkin it was for some reason.

If I had the money I would buy this bike myself. Just like they said, there are parts on this bike that you cannot just get off the shelf. 10 grand is a steal IMO. I have handmade most of my bike and when you figure the hours of r&d and filing, grinding, machining and welding that go into machines like this, you can add up $50,000 real quick.
