I have a 95 300EX and I wanted to get a big bore put into it. What Would a good bore be to make it faster, but also keep the rest of my motor safe, and reliable.

.80 over=true 300 and still reliable or get 330 kit but some reliability is lost then. still good though

The 330cc bore kit is what I'm thinking about, but my case has to be bored out to fit the new larger sleeve. But I've heard good things about it.

I have seen both of those kits on ebay, but the bottom end, (Crank case) has to be machined out so the sleeve can go into it. That is what I've heard.

The thing to do is to ask the vendor before buying. The Poweroll 330 kit requires case machining but the FST kit says nothing about needing it that I found.
It might depend on the thickness of the new sleeve?
