Fox Shock Question

So question about the Fox Float Evol DSC front shocks, I have them on my LTR and the little cap for the main chamber (ride height) fell off and a rock hit and messed up the valve stem, I was wondering if it's ok to pull the valve stem out and replace it myself, or is it pressurized or have oil in there or what? I'd rather not send it back to Fox.

I would think if you released all the air it would be ok? But I wouldn't say for sure....

Make sure the bike is off the ground and release all the air from the main chamber and Evol chamber you will be fine

they use a better valve stem then just what you would put in a wheel, but as long as you keep an eye on it you should be fine.
