yeah i dont get it a waiver was signed at the gate yet they try and sue? Just to watch the races a waiver has to be filled out for everyone that enters. If you have that paper signed saying the track isnt responsibile which is how it should be then if something happens your to blame and you cant go after the track. Obviously it doesnt work like that?
