Does anyone out there have aby experience with the Teixeira Tech Long Travel A-arms and Rear Housing plates for the LT80? I was looking into purchasing some for my son's 80. Also does anyone out there know of any OE shocks that would would for the long travel suspension, so I don't have to use the Works shocks? The front would need to be 11 7/8" long with a 3" stroke and the rear would need to be 12. 5" long with a 4.5" stroke. Any help would be great.....
I have chatted with Works and LT80 and others , the cases are just not strong enough, even Teixeira went to thicker plate to help stop it, for dunning it may work, but for racing jumping no way.
Yep, that's my take on it.
IMO, by the time you get custom shocks, (let's face it, that's what's going to work), the Textiera kit and pipe, and whatever else goes along with it,,,for a lil more you can go buy a nice dual a-armed Apex or DRR.
