I am thinking of getting new plastic but haven't decided if I want fullbore or maier. I heard that fullbore comes with a bracket to relocate your key switch to the handlebars, but what about maier? If not, where did you maier guys put your switch? Does someone sell a kit?
Thanks.

Take a look at Rico's quad, his key is on the side. I don't know what he did to his hood.

I just drilled a hole in the side plastic right above my fender and stuck it there, you can kinda see it in the pic below,,with a white key chain thingy on it.. put zip-ties on the back side just for safety measures. It won't fall out no matter what this way..

I would rather find someone who sells a handlebar mounting kit (like the fullbore), but if not I will do what you did. I just don't want to drill the plastic if I don't have to.

John Arens Sells one that you can mount your key and Kill switch on. I'll try to find the link for you, it's either here or on CannondaleRiders.com
It looks trick!

Here you go:
I believe that it fits: 400ex, 300ex, 250x, trx90,C'dale, LTZ400, KXF400....quite a few models.

I didn't know maier included the bracket. I guess I'll wait until the plastic gets here to see if I need anything else. I just ordered it yesterday so I should have it by next weekend latest.
