Tapered front lug nuts

I'm looking at the Hiper CF1 wheels and they require taperd lug nuts. Are these available for the predators and outlaws?

The cf1's do not fit the irs apparently. if you have the irs you will have to go with the tech 3's....then again i may be wrong but that is what i was told...
