Lectron carb

i got a lectron carb with my 400 when i bought it a year ago and im in the middle of a teardown and im wondering if i should put it on, i have no clue what size the carb is, workn on that...right now i have the stock carb on. iv e heard good and bad things about this carb so im wondering what to do, so any input will help thanks...

I had one on my quad too, when i bought it, it was already on. The carb seemed to work fine i could not find anyone who knew anything about it, so finding jets was hard too. From my research they are great alcohol carbs. If you already have it i say give it a try there is not much to lose.

well im wondering if its worth keeping cuz ive heard horrorstories of them sticking sometimes, dont really want to crash sumday and have her go for a ride on me the onetime im not wearing my tether...

so would anyone suggest selling this carb for a different one???

I heard those stories too but it never happened to me . You could always go for a a 450r carb.
