can someone please help me out. i dropped the carbs from my 660 raptor cleaned the bowls , blew everything out with compressed air , now i put it all back together and it will start and idle , but when i give it gas it'll bog down and shoot gas out into the air box ( left carb more so than right carb ) the left carb is also the one that sends gas out the overflow at the bottom of the bowl. I've cleaned all the jets , the needles , the slides , the diaphragms , made sure i had 8-10mm of float play , what else could it be ???? pleae help.......

Sounds like the timing may be off or you need to adjust your valves.

The timing is not off if it was running before you did it.

come to find out it wasn't a carb issue , not a timing or valve issue. it was a stupid little switch that you can just unplug. I guess it happens alot on raptors also. so if any of you raptor owners think you have a carb problem just unplug the small wire harness to the left of the radiator( left when sitting on the quad ).
it ' ll save you alot of headaches.
