Cheapest Place To Find Crf450r Cam Chain

where is the cheapest place to buy a CRF450R cam chain, and what years work on a 2002 400ex? i have been looking at 2002s. also i hear that the 350X cam chain is the same. is that true? my dealer has them for 48$, I thought that was a little pricey. i seen one for like 28, but with the shipping, it will be AT LEAST 38.

is there anywhere cheaper?

hi, here is the one i used im not sure if its a 02 crf 450 or the 04-05 450r one. someone can look it up if they want to know. if you need the right side gasket number i have it to.

ive had it for 2 years with no probs. it is or was 28.44 from service honda.com thats much cheaper than the $70 for a stock 400ex one.

no link, go to servicehonda.com and put in the part number or call them to order. this is the one i used i have the parts invoice for all the parts when i did it. if you want to know what its for look up a 04 trx 450r and see if this number is used for the cam chain. it might even be the same one used on the crf450 bike.

the 450 bike and quad are the same exact engine.

If you wanna get technical, no they are not. The transmission and numerous other things are different. People put crf motors in their 450r for a reason.

Yes it will go right in. I used a 05 crf450r and it was $39 at the dealership and they had it in stock.
