99 yzf 400f head and valves on a 01 426?

hey will a 99 yzf 400f head and valves bolt right on a yzf 426s? along with that are the cams anydifferent? can i use teh 426 cams? what cams can i use when i go with aftermarket? thanks

i imagine they should swap.you would have to use the 426 head gasket.cams work between them as well
